The mix bag of award shows, the Golden Globes comprising of the very best in television and film broadcast in the States as many of us were asleep here in SA. While the host of the evening Jimmy Fallon entertained honoured guests and fans with his jokes leaving no topic untouched; the red carpet saw the best and the worst looks.
Sometimes I wonder if the red carpet itself ever feels punished when an ill-dressed celebrity steps onto it. If that carpet could talk I’d imagine it to be Joan Rivers reincarnated.

WORST DRESSED
Sarah Jessica Parker
I did a double take on the designer of this dress. Vera Wang? More like Vera What The F@#$. The collaboration of the ever stylish SJP and Vera Wang would make you believe that this duo would create magic.
The semi-attached sleeves reminds me of the birds from a Disney movie trying to create a dress but got distracted and left the job incomplete. Tsk, tsk, tsk SJP!
Nicole Kidman
Clearly the days of Nicole featuring on the Best Dressed Lists are over. I don’t know if all the collagen and botox has affected her eyesight but this is an epic fail. I read that it was her daughters chose this dress. Seriously?! The red carpet is not the time or place to play “tea party” and let your children dress you.

I had to do a double take as I didn’t recognise her at all. The cropped pixie cut, old school floral crochet dress. I wonder if she is trying hard to let us down.
