DStv recently launched three new series channels, M-Net Series Showcase; M-Net Series Reality and M-Net Series Zone. The new channels will bring new reality shows, the best series and back-to-back episodes of your favourite shows so you can enjoy much more TV viewing.
The newest show to premiere on M-Net Series Showcase is The Carrie Diaries. The series is based on Candace Bushnell’s book The Carrie Diaries. It chronicles the life of a young Carrie Bradshaw way before she experienced life in New York City as an accomplished writer and became a Manolo Blahnik lover.
Carrie is trying to survive through high school and the teenage problems that come along with adolescent years. If you enjoyed reading The Carrie Diaries or would like to touch base with one of TV’s favourite characters tune in to the premiere episode of The Carrie Diaries.
Sex and the City fans, don’t expect anything as adult as the SATC series. It will be fun to watch to learn more about the Carrie Bradshaw we all came to love.
